Welcome to the Streaks System! 🎉
The streaks system recognizes and rewards the most dedicated fans who support their favorite artist by listening to their music every day.

Here's how it works:
What are Streaks?
To maintain your streak, you need to listen to at least one song from your favorite artist through Spotify each day. You have a 24-hour window (based on your device's local time) to complete your streak.
Ranking Points
You'll be awarded points for each day you maintain your streak.
Who can participate?
All members of a community on sesh can participate in Streaks. You just need to link your Spotify account.
Both free and premium Spotify users can participate.

Each time you validate your daily listen, you'll increase your streak, accumulate points, and be able to reach important milestones in your journey as a fan

Badges and Rewards
‍Each milestone reached will unlock a badge on your profile within the artist's community, visible to all users. Get your badges and show them off!
Starting at the 1 year milestone, you will also receive surprise gifts from your favorite artists, which will be released once you reach the milestone.

Troubleshooting 🔧
If you're having trouble maintaining your streak, here are some common solutions:
What happens if I forget to validate my daily listen?
If there's a day when you don't validate your daily listen, your streak will reset to 0. Make sure to have Sesh notifications enabled to receive our daily reminder and not lose your streak.
The validation isn't working
Make sure your Spotify account is linked.
Both free and premium Spotify users can participate in Streaks and it shouldn't affect validation
We only validate today's listens. Make sure you've listened to the artist today.
Sometimes Spotify takes time to send us the information. Be patient and try again later. If not, you can always go to Spotify, listen to your artist again, and try to validate it once more.
I don't see my points in the ranking
Rankings are updated twice a day. Be patient, all points are assigned and will be reflected in the ranking.
How can I check my progress?
As you reach new milestones, we'll change the badge associated with your profile in the community. Additionally, in "your streaks", you can always see the sum of your total streak and when you'll reach the next milestone.
